My artwork explores how the transcendental is present in the world around us.
I am influenced by the connections that humans have with themselves, others, the environment, and God. My art expresses these relationships in different ways and presses deeper into the philosophical idea of aesthetics and their link to beauty. |

Originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Kaye graduated with degrees in Studio Art and Theology at Silver Lake College of the Holy Family. She then went on to get her K-12 art teaching license. She plans to pursue an MFA in the future. She has spent time teaching at the Peninsula School of Art in Door County and Roncalli Schools in Manitowoc. Her favorite mediums include acrylic paint, pencil, and digital illustrations.
